Sudden Death

Defensive back Ja'Quayvin Smalls of Western Carolina University collapsed Wednesday July 8, 2009 during his off season workout. Around 7:30 pm. he was pronounced dead at Harris Regional Hospital. What was the cause of this young man's death? Has he ever had any history of illnesses?

Former Tennessee Titan quarterback Steve McNair found dead along side Sahel Kazemi which wasn't his wife. Before killing herself she shot and killed McNair in the head. What was the cause of this heart breaking event? What broke the camel's back?

I'm Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm back and it feels good to be back. I didn't do much today but that's ok. I'm getting ready for college and I am so nervous. It's cool though I'm just ready to get away from everybody. I'm heading to canandaigua for college it will be great.
